Refund Policy

At Anti Mart, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, since we sell Digital Goods (Software License Keys), our refund policy is different from physical product stores. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns / No Refunds
Once a digital license key has been delivered to your email address or displayed on your screen, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after the key has been sent.
- Purchasing the wrong product (e.g., buying "Total Security" instead of "Internet Security").
- System incompatibility (e.g., your computer does not meet the software's minimum requirements).
- Failure to read the product description.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We only offer a replacement or a full refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Invalid Key: If the license key provided is "Invalid" or "Already Used" at the moment of delivery.
- Non-Delivery: If you have paid for the product but did not receive the license key via email within 24 hours of purchase.
- Wrong Product Sent: If we accidentally sent you a license for a different brand or version than what you ordered.
3. Reporting a Problem
If you encounter an issue with your license key, you must report it to our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To report an issue, email us at [Your Support Email Here] with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error message.
- Our technical team will verify the status of the key with the software manufacturer’s server. If the key is found to be faulty from our end, we will issue a replacement immediately.
4. Refund Process (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved by our team:
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
- The amount will typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Cancellations
- Before Delivery: You may request a cancellation for a full refund if the license key has not yet been sent to your email.
- After Delivery: Once the key is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to download the official trial version of the software from the manufacturer's website (e.g., Quick Heal, Norton, K7) to ensure compatibility before purchasing a license from Anti Mart.
